The konami interviews in an interview with kojima he said there will be a substance version of MGS 4 that’ll be on the PS3 and 360. he said its because he never released MGS3 substance for the xbox and MGS2 substance for xbox sold well.

so yes, it is coming to 360. just not for a long time, the optional content wont be free and it wont support 1080p which is why i decided to not wait and get a PS3.

S didnt even have exclusive rights to MGS. MGS1 was also on PC. yeah, PC. it was then ported to GC. MGS2 came to PC in japan and a substance version was for xbox. MGS3, as far as i can tell, was the only PS only version and thats only because they wanted to spend more time on MGS4. now stfu. playstation doesnt own MGS. it was never PS only to begin with.
