It is much more user-friendly, it has a better touch screen, it has much better video quality, the 3G speed is fast enough and it also has Wifi (unlike instinct), the GPS is still good and TomTom is making software to have turn by turn directions for the iPhone. Also the internet is much easier to use on the iPhone. And the App Store will send the iPhone flying pass the competition. Plus the iPhone looks much better than the Instinct.
